Protect yourself and your family:

Stay out of high risk areas.
Remember there is no haven in the storm. Innocent people quickly become victims in restaurants, churches, grocery stores, schools, parking lots, on the highway, and in their homes. Their attackers are criminals who are armed. A victim who is cooperative is often killed or injured anyway. Why,(?), would anyone think cooperating with a felon means you won't be hurt. Besides what makes you think you are his last victim?

Carry a concealed handgun.
A handgun is an excellent deterrent for an attacker. Remember while most criminals have no value or respect for your life, but they do seem to value their own.
Sometimes victims are fortunate enough that a passerby will witness the crime and use his/her cell phone to place the call during the crime. Either way, the police are spread thin and assistance you may take too long for them to arrive in time. Unless a cop is standing there when you need him or her: it is up to you to defend yourself from criminals. A handgun is you best choice for leveling the playing field. Shoot straight and shoot often.

Enroll in a state approved concealed handgun course.
A handgun in the possession of an individual without the knowledge of when he/she can legally use it as a method of protection can be a dangerous decision. You must know the law and you must know how to use your weapon. If you find yourself in a "it’s either me or him situation" will you be prepared??
